ABOUT ME
As a leadership coach for many years, I focused on helping leaders to become more self-aware and more skillful at managing their challenging role, especially during times of significant change.
I taught communication skills to help people connect with others across their many differences and thus be more influential and satisfied in their work and personal lives. Grounded in the invisible connections among us, these skills express our deepest human values.
As a teenager, I began exploring many religious and secular traditions by reading widely and practicing meditation. I still believe there is always more to explore in pursuit of my “spiritual curriculum.” Many years later I’m still reading and regularly practicing meditation. The wisdom traditions I return to most frequently are Jewish and Buddhist.
Music also has been an important source of inspiration since I was a child, and I have found many ways to use music as a spiritual tool. Mindful listening to music can connect us to other listeners and to artists everywhere, as well as to the creative steps required to bring music to our ears and hearts and minds. Listening and playing music can be practices that bring us to higher levels of consciousness, humility, awe, and the spiritual connection that we all seek.
On my own spiritual journey, I have the privilege of working with a seasoned Spiritual Director, a wise and kind-hearted Rabbi named Jacob. He is an inspiration to me in my work and in my life.

I am inspired to offer
